Get your glow back!
My view regarding therapy is that you are simply disconnected. You are not broken or a problem that needs solving! You have deep inner wisdom and intuition - you've simply lost connection with it through religious trauma in your past, struggling with ADHD, a high stress job or life, or "normal" day to day life in the modern world.
Therapy is a place of self discovery and reconnection where you are able to heal wounds, explore desires, find understanding, and fuel growth in self acceptance & love.
I work with clients one-on-on to explore and move through grief, religious trauma/adverse religious experiences, ADHD skills and motivation. Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting first responders and Indigenous peoples in reprocessing traumatic experiences. I am an approved NIHB provider in Ontario.

Balance, communication, and self-care are values that I find that people often sacrifice in the name of time, energy, or work. As such, my work becomes helping you come to a place where you are able to begin finding that balance, identifying how to communicate effectively, and value your relationship with your self.
My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore these facets of their lives and experiences, while also working towards their wellness and goals. In sessions, you can expect to be met with an empathetic, active listening approach, where your story not only matters but informs our therapeutic process. If you’re seeking someone to come alongside you in processing complex thoughts and emotions, please feel free to book a consultation or email me with any questions you may have.
