I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a conferring degree Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, with an Honours degree in Social Work and Early Childhood Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and trust.

I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that is deeply integrative and tailored to each client’s strengths and needs. I blend somatic practices, polyvagal theory, solution-focused strategies, cognitive behavioural therapy and narrative frameworks.
