2024 was a year of active engagement with the community through various events and initiatives. On March 8, I participated in the second annual Women in Business Expo in Brantford, which celebrated local women entrepreneurs and featured over 50 business and entrepreneur vendor booths. I was able to meet and chat about wellness with attendees and enjoy great connections!

Throughout the year, Afterglow Psychotherapy collaborated with the Brantford Public Library to host therapeutic crafting sessions. These events provided participants with opportunities to engage in creative activities while exploring therapeutic concepts.

Then in August, it was a joy to talk with Janice on the Divorcing Religion Podcast and to dive into the connections between ADHD and religious trauma.

2025 ahead is set for growth and more opportunities to serve, as I welcome a new team member and expand the offerings with Afterglow online and in speaking events. I'll be part of the 2025 Women's Expo speakers in Brantford, and am opening up my schedule to more public events. I'm looking forward to connecting with you more, and to helping you get your afterglow!
